This is because we are unable to carry out your request to fit new flooring if we don’t know where your property is and we need to contact you to clarify details, send invoices etc. You can request to see your data at any time. We provide a contact form on our website for people who would like more information about our company, our services and to book an appointment. We ask for a person’s name and contact details so that we can get back to them to arrange a convenient time to visit. We only use this data for the purposes of contacting you about your specific query. This data arrives as an email and is never stored on a database. We certainly never share this information with any third parties.
